Material guidelines for Rantapallo branded newsletter 2024

Newsletter examples:

Basic materials:

• Main image 1220 x 800 px, max size 400 kb.
• Title and text 300–1,500 characters incl. spaces.
• Redirect URL/URLs and possible tracking codes.
• Materials should be in Finnish. Contact us if you need translation services.

Content:

• The less content, the more likely readers will click.
• The best solution is one effective message, like “Win a travel voucher”, “The best travel offer of the autumn”, “Cheap trips to Thailand now”.
• Competitions and offers work most effectively.
• Images must always be in color. If you want to include a logo, please place it in the main image. (NOTE! Do not send logos separately!)
• Header and footer are always standard formatted with Rantapallo’s logo and search icons.
• Newsletter can be color modified according to customer’s wishes. In this case, send also the color code.
• Please note in the text that the newsletter sender is Rantapallo. Therefore, the partner’s text cannot be in first-person “Our best offers this week”, but it should be in third-person e.g., “Travel agency XYZ’s best offers this week”.

Schedule:

• If you wish for a specific sending date for your newsletter, arrange it at least a week in advance with Milla Himberg (milla.himberg@rantapallo.fi).
• Branded newsletters for clients are mainly sent from Mon–Thu.
• We try to accommodate partners’ wishes, but to avoid overlaps, the margin in exceptional cases may be 1–2 weekdays.
• Submit materials through this form at least three days before the agreed sending time.
