Surf memories from Australia

Moikka moi!

Järjestelin mun konetta eilen, lähinnä tätä mun massiivista kuva- ja videomäärää. Löysin muutamia vanhoja GoPro -klippejä surffauksesta Sunshine Coastilta, Australiasta. Miten ihanaa olikaan asua viiden minsan kävelymatkan päässä surffibiitsistä. Useimmat auringonnousut tuli sielä vietettyä, enimmäkseen juurikin meressä, surffilaudan päällä istuen. Joskus huonomman surffikelin sattuessa käveltiin mun kämppiksen Mandulan kanssa rannalle uimaan ja lukemaan kirjaa. Joskus ostin tien toiselta puolelta kahvin ja istuin näköalapaikalle katselemaan auringonnousua. Joskus otin pyörän alle ja pyöräilin rantaviivaa pitkin mun lempikahvilaan. Monet auringonlaskutkin tuli sielä vietettyä, piknikin ja akrojoogan merkeissä.

Paljon unohtumattomia muistoja. Alex Headland <3

Hi guys!

I was organising my laptop yesterday, mainly this massive amount of photos and videos. I found couple of GoPro -clips from surfing at Sunny Coast, Australia. How nice it was to have such a beautiful surf beach just 5-minute walk away. Most of the mornings I spent there, sitting in the ocean with my board, with or without friends and watching the sun come up. When the surf wasn’t good, we would still walk down with my roomie for a swim and to read a book. Sometimes I bought a coffee across the road and walked to the little viewpoint of Alex Headland. Sometimes I biked along the beach to my favourite breakfast place. It was not only the sunrises, there was many beautiful sunsets as well. Having a picnic or a drink with friends while watching the surf or having an acro jam.

So many unforgettable memories! Alex Headland. <3

Moments to remember 2016 – Part 1

Uuden vuoden kunniaksi päädyin selailemaan läpi blogin arkistoja. Herkistyin. Toteutuneita unelmia. Vaikeita, kasvattavia aikoja. Miten kiitollinen oon silti ihan kaikista näistä kokemuksista, siitä heittäytymisestä minkä uskalsin tehdä. Opin kuuntelemaan omaa sydäntä enemmän kuin pääkoppaa. Ilman sitä, en olisi koskaan kokenut kaikkia näitä kokemuksia enkä tavannut näitä ihmisiä. 2016 oli mulle opettavainen vuosi. Tää vuosi jää mun muistoihin kirkkaana.

Tässä satunnaisia muistoja kuvien muodossa!

I was browsing through my blog archieve to see what happened in 2016. I got all sentimental. So many amazing memories, even more amazing people. All the good and bad memories means more when you share them with people you truly care about. So many new experiences, overcoming many fears, all the dreams that came true. Also the difficult times. I’m so grateful for everything I experienced, everyone I met. I learned to listen to my heart even more. Without that, I would have never went through all these things. This year will be a shining star in my memories.

Here is some of the best moments of 2016!

Video: Exploring Tropical North Queensland

Moi kaikki!

Tänään saatiinkin snorklailla sellaisessa aallokossa, että puolet veneen porukasta oli merisairaita. Paitsi minä, koska multa puuttuu joku merisairausgeeni. Ei tunnu missään vaikka koko paatti heiluu puolelta toiselle.

Pitemmittä puheitta asiaan. Mä kirjoittelin tossa hetki sitten meidän seikkailuista Pohjois-Queenslandissa. Tässä sitä samaa sitten videoblogin muodossa! Kertokaa mitä mieltä olitte videosta. (:

/ / / Hi everyone!

We had very stormy snorkeling today, half of the boat was sea sick. Well, we survived and still had fun after all. Saw lots of turtles too!

But long story short. I was just recently writing about our adventures in Tropical North Queensland. Here is the same, but in a video form. Watch and comment what you thought about it!
